Withdrawal Policy
International Students
If you are denied a visa:
You must provide the school with the letter from the Canadian Embassy that states your visa was denied. Then you will receive a 100% refund of all your fees, except the $100 registration fee and bank fees associated with the refund.
Withdrawal after receiving your visa:
| 70% refund of tuition fees | up to 10% of hours are completed |
| 50% refund | up to 30% of hours completed |
| no refund | after 30% of hours completed |
In order to withdraw from the program at Bloorwest Language Academy, you must:
1. provide us with a signed, written letter that states a valid reason for your withdrawal.
2. provide proof that you are staying in Canada lawfully, or that you will be leaving the country.
3. provide proof that you are attending another school that meets the visa requirements.
4. provide proof that your visa status is lawful.
If you have a Study Permit, you will have to reapply for a new visa.
